IT Trainee

To help IT Department for all functions as repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems.

Main Duties

• Provides technical support to users by responding to questions and concerns.
• Good problem-solving ability for the position of IT.
• In-depth understanding of a wide variety of operating systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on networks to ensure proper operations, including file backups.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Periodically updates knowledge base by maintaining personal networks and participating in educational opportunities.
• To help IT team for evaluation and test network systems
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills/ Experiences

• Fresh graduate and fourth-year student in IT or other related fields.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Good time management, organizational and communication skill.
• Good problem-solving ability for the position of IT Technician.
• Good of English and Khmer in both speaking and writing.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, team player and good negotiation skills.
• Computer proficiency.
