Officer, Clearing-Settlement & Dispute Unit

The primary function of the position is to work and assist closely with direct supervisor of
Clearing-Settlement & Dispute Unit in Digital Banking Department.

Main Duties

  • Arrange for payment of all types of card transactions and resolve all types of card transaction disputes of FTB Bank in a clear, sufficient and timely manner.
  • Perform balance check, verify registration, payment and monitor problematic transactions after payment with business partner clearly and timely.
  • Implement payment preparation and Incoming & Outgoing report preparation. Regularly monitor all types of suspended accounts for all card payments to ensure an accurate and timely payment process.
  • Perform money transfer from one card to another when the card expires or make a new card.
  • Implement and monitor the case of card transaction disputes from the relevant parties, study and check to understand the root cause by cooperating to request supporting documents from the relevant parties for the dispute resolution process to run smoothly and effectively.
  • Prepare to request legal support from the Department of Legal Affairs to resolve the case of losses caused by the shop owner or customer refusing to repay the bank.
  • Implement, prepare payment reports and resolve daily and monthly disputes, manage and maintain payment transaction data accurately and securely.
  • Implement budget forms, reports, rebates, percentages of fuel fees to companies that cooperate with the bank in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Implement on Co-Branded Card top-up report with the business partner in accordance with the agreement.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Management, Finance and Banking, or related field.
  • At least One year of experience in related areas.
  • Quick learner with innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and internal & external relationship building
  • Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
