Senior Switching & Card Management Officer
This role is working in IT Department and responsibility for monitoring and supporting switching System and card management working smoothly.
Main Duties
- Support System (iSwitch / iCard / iCore / iSettle)
- Create system users and support end users.
- System parameters configuration.
- Support and Fix all the transaction issues from all channels (ATM/POS/MOBILE/Wing/VISA NET).
- Keep monitoring the interfacing connectivity with all channel (Mobile / Wing / VISA NET)
- Working with the VISA Net Support team to monitor the VISANET connectivity to minimize the downtime on VISA transactions.
- Working with Vendor to implement project and fix all system issues.
- Keep Monitoring System performance to up and running 24/7.
- Deploy patch Fix or Change Request to Production.
- Maintenance Switching and Testing System Environment (SIT/UAT).
- Maintenance the HSM (Host Security Module) and NAC
- Generate VISA GOC report for Digital Department.
- Prepare monthly System Performance Report and report to Managements and relevant teams.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of IT or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience related to the said position.
- Good knowledge and understanding of electronic banking and banking products and services
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A strong desire to work in a team oriented
- High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
