MohaBot App

MohaBot formerly known as FTB mBanking App is the Mobile banking application for a smartphone running on IOS and Android devices. You can register the “MohaBot” mobile app of FTB by using your card to enjoy multiple functions and conveniently perform transactions anywhere anytime as long as you have an internet connection.

FTB’s MohaBot app helps you:

1. • Manage and track your card and account activities and balances
   • Find bank’s branch, promotional partner, ATM or merchant’s location
   • Check out other promotional programs
   • Fund Transfer and cash withdrawal almost anywhere in Cambodia
   • Create a Virtual Visa card to perform e-Commerce transaction
   • Scan QR code to pay
   • Top up your FTB Visa CashCard and phone
   • Pay your utilities, internet service, and other bills

How to download MohaBot app​:

1. • First, please select the App Store or Play Store
   • Please type “FTB MohaBot”
   • Then select “Search”
   • Select “Get” for App Store or “Install” for Play Store
   • Successful “FTB MohaBot” installation could be found in your home screen

How to process the self-registration MohaBot app:

1. • First, please launch the “FTB MohaBot” app in your home screen
   • Please select Khmer or English language
   • Then select “Start”
   • Please select “Card User”
   • Please enter “Phone Number” and “Card Number” then select “Submit”
   • Please enter the 6-digit SMS verification code which is sent to your register phone number.
   • You will receive a temporary 04-digit mPIN once you confirmed the 06-digit SMS verification code.
   • Please enter the phone number and temporary 04-digit mPIN then select “Log In”
   • Please change new 04-digit mPIN and confirm new mPIN then select “Submit”
   • The system will navigate you to MohaBot home page
   • You can log out from the MohaBot app by select “Setting” then select “Log out”.

How to set Touch ID to log in the app:

1. • Please log in MohaBot app
   • Please enter the phone number and new 04 digits mPIN then select “Log In”
   • Please select “Setting”
   • Select “Touch ID Login”
   • Enter the phone number and 04 digits mPIN then click “Submit”
   • Scan to confirm Touch ID
