Directly reporting to CEO, this role is responsible for supporting the daily job duties as secretarial/personal assistant/administrative duties to support CEO.
Main Duties
- Provide support and assistance to CEO in the ongoing reporting and development of reporting, management dashboard key performance indicator and operational reporting requirements.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Taking minutes and summary of meetings.
- Liaise with related stakeholders (internal and external) as required to ensure efficient delivery.
- Assist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the Bank including project support, coordination, and collation of information, reporting and data analysis.
- Support corporate communication across all channels including social media and external correspondence where needed.
- Establish and maintain communication links/processes/systems with relevant departments in a professional manner.
- Perform other duties consistent with the role where required and/or requested from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree level qualifications in business and/or project management or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform and priorities multiple tasks efficiently.
- An understanding of the project management lifecycle and ability to track and report against milestones in a professional and consultative manner.
- Quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders for optimal results.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver work assignments/projects on time and to agreed requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills both in Khmer and English.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work confidentially and productively.
- Advanced computer skills required for Windows Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, in addition to Outlook and web based applications.
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting contracts and liaising with relevant parties to ensure deliverables are met.
